Susan Cardia Quint: Raleigh, North Carolina; I grew up on Long Island, NY, in a household where the focus was on our Italian heritage, gathering on Sundays with the extended family around the kitchen table filled with home cooked food adapted from my grandparent's villages in Southern Italy. The entire afternoon was spent around the table eating, drinking and conversing. Conversations From the Kitchen is an extension of these Sunday gatherings. From my table to yours, I share from the lessons I have learned over the years on a variety of topics such as cooking, parenting, faith, and marriage. Over the span of many years I have worked as a criminal prosecutor, owned a few businesses including a retail store, operated a cooking school and gourmet meal delivery service, and wrote articles for a local publication in Boulder,Co. My passions are painting, cooking healthy meals for friends and family, sharing stories via my writing, and living a Spirit centered life.
